Cultural tours

1) On the Saffron paths (Crocus Sativus): moving around Navelli, a village in the district of L’Aquila, where the “red gold” is cultivated, picked and hand worked, since Middle Ages.

3 days tour, available since October, 15th, to November, 10th:

 - First day: welcome cocktail

Delivery of informative equipment, introduction and Saffron (Crocus Sativus) story

 - Second day: Morning inspection to the picking fields of Saffron flowers, and collecting of the precious flowers.

- Third day: visit to  the farmer’s workshops in Navelli, to attend the fading and draining of the precious flower
